When i was introduced to Asher in burnt offerings i totally agreed with Anita Blake when she mentions how she's a hair and eyes kinda girl and he gets all squirmish. lol.

And Asher just gets better and better as the series goes along (in my opinion).
Hair and eyes are great, but I love his personality too. He's a little touchy about somethings, and is always hiding half of his face, but he's just, in a word, amazing.
