• Uses mind games to appear less beautiful and more ordinary
• He shows more expression and mobility when speaking, which is unusual for a master vampire. But he does have the ability to change his expression to blank and empty like the old ones. He uses the more "human" look as not to scare the other mob bosses.

• Auggie has sex with Anita and Jean-Claude in Dance Macabre to scare Belle Morte out of Anita's body
• He was tormented by Belle Morte during his time with her.
