I would suggest Alan Cumming. I have seen him used for several Narcissus pictures, and seemed perfect every time.

I think fetish model Perish has the right look. He has tons of shots up on his MySpace (myspace.com/Perishable) but here's some that caught my eye right off as very Narci.
