Hello. I am possibly the BIGGEST Anita Blake fan there is. I absolutely devour the novels. I read them to my husband at night. He says in his mind's eye, I would be the perfect person to play her, since her description matches mine almost to a tee. I am 5'5" tall, so a little taller than Ms. Blake, but if Humphrey Bogart had to stand on boxes in scenes with Lauren Bacall, why couldn't the men? What do you think? I am an extreme fitness woman and also practice the Korean Martial Art of Taekwondo as well as Japanese Judo and ballet.

I finished the 16th book of the Anita Blake series and I found that Richard has finally got the ARDEUR! Also there are two new characters that may be coming back, Crispin, because Anita accidentally tied him to her and is a weretiger, and Alex Pinn who was there when Mommy Dearest rolled Anita, Jason, Crispin, and Alex. Jason is also Anita's second animal-to-call!

In Richard Zeeman's factoid section, it was noted that he was Episcopalian in CotD, but it was really in the Lunatic Cafe after stating that he doesn't like coffee in Chapter 27. He never "dated" Raina, but he did have sex with her at age 19 as stated in Chapter 30 of tLuC.
In Asher's factoid section, he rolled Anita and she did the orgasmic flashbacks in CS. In Jason Schuyler's, please note that he became Anita's animal-to-call in BN. In supporting characters, you need to update the books to include BN. Also the werejaguar Seth was introduced in OB and needs to be put in the minor characters section with Ceasar. In OB, the Red Woman's Husband was a vampire who had "slept" since the Spaniards conquered the Aztecs... he believed himself to be the "husband" to the Red Woman (Flesh to her Blood). Another character that should be added is Pantelone who was known as Panteleon mentioned in TH. He was one of the Harlequin, and had given Colombine's mask to someone else. Mercia and Nivia need to be added from TH as well as Nivia's animal-servant Soledad, the weretiger.

Maybe it's just a crazy idea, but sometimes on fansites they have podcasts dedicated to the books and such. would it be too much of a stretch to create one for this series? just thinking is all...
but if you think it's something to ponder about, why not just have fun juggling around titles for it? hmmm...anita receives a magazine called the animator. it's not exactly catchy, but that's just something to begin the topic with is all... what's your take on this?

Every time I attempt to add a video to my page, I receive an error message stating " WE ARE SORRY. AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED, IF THIS PROBLEM PERSISTS, PLEASE RELOAD THE PAGE & TRY AGAIN. "
So I was just wondering why this is happening, since I have no problems elsewhere and has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm so frustrated! HELP!

I notice that there have gotten to be too many different threads started that could be placed under a subject that already exists. It is hard to find a thread about a certain subject when you have to dig thru so many pages. For instance, there are many, many threads about the stars who could play the characters in the Anita Blake TV Series. Also there are an awful lot of Anonymous posters. It is much more fun when you know who is making the posts. I have made a lot of friends with the people on here and the True Blood wiki. It is much more fun to discuss a subject when you know who you are talking with (even thou you don't really know them). I like knowing the personality traits and something about the people on here. It is just a suggestion that you require people to sign in before they post on the forums and to not start a new thread when one already exists for the subject.

Well, I absolutely love this site! It helped cleared up a lot of things (particularly my confusion about the timeline). I did, however, feel questions raise in my head when I looked at the characters descriptions.
Like, where did that guy come from, or who is that vampire blood-oathed to, or who are the Council Members again? ^-^; I may have missed some things and I apologize for that. But I really would like to know more about the ABVH characters--such as their personality tendencies and their relationships to others, ect. I look forward to reading them. Thanks for taking the time to make this site! ^^

I have searched high and low to find a listing of the order of the books in this series. I happened upon (and am loving) "Guilty Pleasures" and am almost done reading it, and want to know which book to get next. Your listing of all of the books in the series and their dates is the closest thing to I've found to help me know which book to get next!

Maybe you guys should add a 'Related works' section. Like when you buy somethin off the internet, they use the little plac tat says 'People who purchased this also bought:" and then they list things similar to what you bought. I don't know if I make sence, but it's a thought. You could put up Kim Harrison's stuff, or like Steven King, I don't know. You might also want to put up disclamiers, since none of this information is really yours and LKH is known to be a complete bitch when it comes to places like this.
