Group Structure: Matriarchal Society, a group is known as a clan.
Group Size:
Originally restricted in size via an agreement between the Rats and the Wolves while Marcus was Ulfric to under 50 (NiC), it has grown to over 400 in the year since Richard took over and stopped paying the Oba tribute.

Alliances:
In NiC Narcissus requested to be included in the conferences that run the shapeshifter community. He claims to not want allies, but in later books provides assistance to the community.community and the coalition.

None have been specifically discussed, though there was reference to them in NiC when Narcissus says that he brought in some of his new people in from other areas.Powers

Other tidbits of information that do not fit elsewhere...- They are a matriarchal society, which means they traditionally have a female leader.
- Prior to NiC, Narcissus had primarily drawn from the gay and bodybuilding communities for new members. This proved to be a problem when he was targeted for takeover by Chimera. Though he had numerous followers, they were not skilled at fighting or protection. After NiC he began recruiting members with those skills.
- In CS, Narcissus provided additional security personnel at the Circus for Musette's visit
