Maneaters Clan

Leader:
Gabriel, known as Lion passant (GP through to TKD) Anita Blake , Léopardé lionne, then Nimir-Ra (BO through to TH), Micah Callahan, Nimir-Raj (NiC through to TH)

Group Structure:
It is known as a pard. It is a less formal structure than that of the wolves or rats, though they do share some common greetings and courtesies with the wolves (BM).

Group Size:
Small; there appeared to be seven total members in Gabriel's original group, and then six members in Micah's group (Bloodrinkers Clan).

Alliances:
Gabriel had several business agreements with Raina, the lupa of the wolf pack. She also granted protection to the pard and used them to punish 'wayward' wolves.

Anita takes over leadership and protection of the pard when she realizes she left them defenceless after killing Gabriel.

The leopard later becomes Anita's animal to call.

Anita blends her pard with Micah's and together they work to for the 'Coalition'. Micah is responsible for the day to day running of the organization.

Other Known Groups

There are several other pards introduced in the books after the original one.

Leader: Micah Callahan
Location: relocates to St. Louis and merges with the Maneaters Clan

Anita meets leopards and jaguars in OB, but I can't recall details at this point. I will update this after I review that book, but if you know, please update this section.

Powers/Strengths

These are mostly unique lycanthropic based powers of the wereleopards that have been described in the books.

• The ability to 'Call Flesh"; to heal members of his pard with energy from his own body through touch of his hands and mouth. Micah, rare. (NiC)
• The ability to quickly and smoothly change from human to animal form and back without needing to rest or collapsing. Micah, rare. (NiC)
• The ability to share power and blood. Gabriel, rare (BM?)
