so i've got a few questions. how were the marks removed? and how did anita met richard? Do you find this valuable?

CAUTION: SPOILERS

Anita met Richard when she went to the Circus of the Damned to talk to Jean-Claude. The marks were removed when another vampire forcably gave her all 4 marks, that vampire was then was killed erasing all the marks. It nearly killed her but Edward was able to perform CPR until paramedics arrived. Do you find this valuable?
