"I really enjoyed it. The book did "move on", it was just not that significant, traumatic, engrossed, pick one. I think the main problem...the one that I had to...was that everyone was expecting a main course meal with this book and got an appetizer instead. I know this book was supposed to be character development with Jason and was going to be a short one, but I still wanted to know more and it kinda leaves you feeling short handed. But no worries, Laurell is working on the next one now and we should know more by next year."

Um, as I've said before, I found the book disappointing because it was like the plots were just that. PlotS. There was the Jason plot, and then the Tiger and Mother of Darkness plot, and I just don't think they sat well together. It should have just stayed as a Jason novella.

I'm just sick of seeing the same thing, J.C rolls over and lets her do what she wants:Anita gains more power: Anita sleeps with new people (although points are given because we didn't SEE it happen): People fall in love with Anita: Richard shows up and goes crazy: RIchard leaves: Anita shoots some people and ends up in hospital: Mother of Darkness is vaguely mentioned, but nothing major happens.

I want something to happen with the Mother of Darkness. Its been dragged out for way too long!
But hey, thats just me. Oh, also the disturbing lack of Asher in this book!!!"
